In fact, one of my favourite sayings is:
“Selling real estate is 80% planning and 20% doing.”
That planning starts well before your property hits the market. We like to begin with a consultation from our home stylist. She’ll walk through the property with you and make practical recommendations on how to maximise your home’s appeal when that’s shifting furniture, updating lighting or soft furnishings and other strategic changes. From there, we create a plan. We engage our trusted trades to handle any improvements needed – big or small. Only once the property is looking its Sunday best do we move onto the marketing phase: professional photography, copy writing, online campaigns and preparing for inspections. Finally its showtime!
So, if selling is at all on your radar, it’s never too early to talk. Early planning gives you breathing room, clarity, and most importantly - can set you up for success.
